Extra Life Gaming Convention hosted by Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital
The event is open to the public and participants are encouraged to dress up as their favorite character. Attendees can enjoy arcade games, video game tournaments, board games, and a cosplay competition, while also exploring vendor booths offering gaming merchandise. The event features live entertainment, patient champions sharing inspiring stories, and interactive activities like Dungeons & Dragons one-shots and Free N' Fun Bingo. Admission includes food and drinks, and every dollar raised goes directly to supporting the hospital's 240,000 patient families, ensuring a fun day that makes a real difference.
Extra Life is a fundraising program of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®. The Extra Life community fundraises year-round to Change Kids’ Health to Change the Future. Donations go to member children’s hospitals to fund critical life-saving treatments and healthcare services, along with innovative research, vital pediatric medical equipment, and child life services.
