Explore Art with Peter Max
Students aged 6 to 14 will explore the bold colorful world of artist Peter Max, known for his vibrant pop art style and imaginative use of color and shape.
Students will explore Peter Max's artwork, learning about his life, influences, and signature elements such as bright color palettes, flowing lines, repeated symbols, and expressive forms. After studying examples of his work, students will create their own Peter Max-inspired artwork, experimenting with bold outlines, overlapping shapes, and high-contrast colors.
