Experience Adventure with Outlook Enrichment's Tandem Bike Ride on Field Club Trail
Omaha nonprofit Outlook Enrichment invites visually impaired bicyclists along with bicyclists of all visual abilities and experience levels to attend a tree-covered Tandem Bike Club ride on the Field Club Trail. If you can’t make this ride, feel free to sign up for other rides throughout the summer and fall seasons. Outlook Enrichment is looking for experienced sighted bikers to volunteer as bike captains.
On June 1, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., bikers will ride 10 miles with a partner of their choice or another rider from Outlook Enrichment. Standard stand-up tandem bikes and seated recumbent bikes will be available along with sighted volunteer bike captains.
The group will gather at Community Alliance and then head to the Field Club Trail. The registration link below has an option to sign up as either a sighted volunteer captain or a rider with vision loss: https://www.outlooken.org/event/tandem-bike-club-field-club-trail/
