Exclusive World Sake Day Dinner at Uchi
Chef-curated menu featuring dishes that highlight sake throughout the dish in addition to some of Uchi's most loved classics. Sake professional Chris Melton will guide guests through unique pairings and educate guests on sake production, vocabulary, and sake styles.

• Kinmedai Crudo | Goldeneye snapper with shio koji, champagne vinegar, and caviar
• Hama Kama | Yellowtail collar glazed with sake tare and topped with furikake
