On Wednesday, September 25th, at 7:30 PM, Quartz Bar will host an exclusive Cave Takeover with Erick Pineda, the award-winning chef behind Requinto. Known for his modern riff on the cuisine of Mexico’s southern coastal state, guests will enjoy a modern twist on southern Mexican cuisine paired with expertly crafted cocktails in an unforgettable evening tucked inside The Cave.

Each reservation is for 2 guests, and includes food and 3 specialty drinks from a special secret menu curated by our mixologist, Maxwell. We cannot accommodate modifications. A card is required to hold the reservation, but will be charged in person the night of the dinner: any reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the event are subject to charge
