Montclair History Center and Aging in Montclair have teamed up to present two live interview events where longtime residents share their stories and the impact they've had on the Montclair community. This event is free and made possible by Partners for Health Foundation. This event is offered in person or through zoom.
About Carolyn Lack
Carolyn Lack, a Philadelphia native and longtime Montclair resident since 1956, began her career as a public school teacher before serving as an interviewer for the University of Michigan’s Survey Research Center and the U.S. Census Bureau. Deeply committed to civic life in Montclair, she held leadership roles with the League of Women Voters, local PTAs, the Montclair Adult School, the Montclair Consumer Affairs Advisory Committee, the North Development and Action Council, and the Fair Housing Committee, among many other community organizations. Carolyn was also a founding member of Aging in Montclair and remained actively involved in local Jewish community organizations.
