Every Word Poetry
Join us for an evening of spoken word, poetry, and storytelling at the VORTEX Voices Open Mic Night, brought to you in collaboration with every.Word Poetry! Whether you're a seasoned poet, an aspiring writer, or a passionate listener, we invite you to take part in our community. Share your original work, perform your favorite pieces, or simply sit back and take it all in. Before, during, and after the show, hang out at The Butterfly Bar and grab a bite to eat at Patrizi's all on the VORTEX compound. How to Participate:
Depending on planned programming, we will accept 15-20 poet sign-ups.
10 Poet Sign-Up tickets are available online.
The remainder of the sign-ups will be available day of at the stage.
Poets must check-in at the stage by 7:30pm to gurantee your spot on the list.
By participating on stage, you consent to every.Word Poetry and The VORTEX to share and use audio, video, and/or pictures of your performance on ever.Word Poetry's and The VORTEX's social media, website, inside the bar, and for grant-writing purposes. You also understand you are prohibited from sharing highly offensive and/or discrimantory works on stage.
