Esperanza del Valle & Universidad de Veracruz present "Raices del Pueblo"
international folklorico dance and music conference held in Watsonville and Aptos, California, August 15-25, 2024.
Esperanza del Valle and Cabrillo College are hosting Mtro. Daniel del Valle Hernandez, Artistic Director of the Ballet Folklórico del Puerto de Veracruz de la Universidad Veracruzana and twenty-four dancers and eight musicians of Nematatlin, under the direction of Mtro. Salvador Pena...to offer dance and music classes at beginning, intermediate and advanced levels to youth and adults of the Son Jarocho del Puerto de Veracruz and Boca del Rio.

In addition, the renowned Angeles Luna of Tlacotalpan and Daniel del Valle Hernandez of Veracruz will be offering a master class for directors and professional folklorico dancers.
