Teams from all over the DC-Maryland-Virginia region and up and down the east coast compete at ERG SPRINTS in Alexandria, VA. Erg Sprints hosts 1500 athletes plus spectators for 2,000 meter events, half-marathon and marathon, 20-minute junior, 30-minute open/masters rows, adaptive events, 500 meter sprints, relays, parent/child and kids races. Team Incentives & Team Trophies back in 2024. This event benefits Alexandria City High School Titan and community rowers of all ages.
