Epiphany Service
The Divine Liturgy for the Feast of Theophany (Epiphany or the baptism of Christ in the River Jordan) will be celebrated on Saturday, January 6 at 9:30 AM (Hours at 9:00 AM) at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, 369 Green Avenue, East Meadow. The service, conducted in English, will be celebrated by Archbishop Michael of New York and New Jersey. A festive brunch will follow. The Great Blessing of Water will be held at Alhambra Beach, Massapequa, at 1:00 PM. Services are also streamed on https://www.facebook.com/htocem. Holy Trinity parish, founded in 1924, is the first Orthodox Christian parish in the Nassau/Suffolk area and centrally located in mid-island East Meadow.
