Empowerment Flow
In this 90-minute workshop, you will be offered a series of introspective prompts while you move through an all-levels flow class. Yoga asana, breathwork, journaling, visualization, and vocal expression (chanting) are offered to help you move energy and find your voice. Bring your journal, a curious mind, and an open heart.
