Embodiment Class, Every 3rd Sunday, Austin Shambhala Meditation Center
What is embodiment? Embodiment is the development of growing awareness and connection to our sensations, feelings and thoughts that make up our experience. We learn it by creating an environment in which it can be discovered. We are inviting you to join us in this opportunity to discover and deepen your self experience .
This class will be taught by Lisa Soileau. Lisa has been studying, teaching and working with people and their bodies for over thirty years as a bodyworker and Tai Chi student and instructor. From her own experience of coming home to her body, she hopes to share the joy of living and playing in an embodied way. She offers a path to your own experience of body as friend and teacher.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you can.
