Elemental Flow Summer Sizzle by Jamie

Let’s embrace the fiery energy of summer together in this intuitive moment workshop. This all levels class welcomes movers to explore their range of motion and expand body awareness through pathways inspired by the natural elements. For our Summer Session we will be accessing our inner Fire element intertwined with the lightness of wind & Air. Expect steamy sweeps and crackling pops. This dance vocabulary is inspired by a lifelong love of motion and many different roots including fusion bellydance, yoga, ballet & hip hop and invites you to imagine new pathways of creative movement.
