Eight O’Clock Theatre Hosts “$25K for 2025” Party to Kick Off GivingTuesday Campaign
Largo, FL – November 24, 2025 — Eight O’Clock Theatre (EOT) is excited to announce its $25K for 2025 GivingTuesday Party, happening Tuesday, December 2 from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM at Eddie’s Bar & Grill Largo (3665 E Bay Dr, Largo, FL 33771). This festive community event launches EOT’s annual GivingTuesday Campaign, with the ambitious goal of raising $25,000 to support the theatre’s 44th Season - one $25 donation at a time. This year’s campaign carries significant urgency. During tech week for EOT’s most recent production, the theatre’s lighting board suffered a complete failure. The board, essential for safely and artistically executing every production, is beyond repair. EOT plans to invest $20,000 of the $25,000 goal into replacing this critical piece of equipment to ensure future productions can move forward with full artistic integrity.
