Participants will also explore how to use modern tools and strategies to navigate today’s job market—from crafting targeted private-sector resumes that pass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, ChatGPT, and Jobscan to strengthen their search. Whether you’re early in your career or a seasoned executive, this session provides an actionable roadmap for re-entering the workforce in today’s competitive environment. About the Presenter Lisa Colten is a Career Transition Coach and Senior Human Resources Leader with decades of experience guiding professionals through organizational change and career development. She has held leadership roles at American Express and consulting firms across industries including government contracting, non-profits, and financial services, and has gone on to found Éxzeto, her own human resources and career transition professional services firm.
