Designed for oenophiles of all levels, The Eberle Wine Dinner will feature wine pairings presented by wine representatives Robert Flory of Eberle Winery and John Toler of Dreadnought Wines. The dinner will feature regionally inspired foods prepared by Executive Chef David Boyle of Davio's such as: Raspberry Point Oysters with 2008 Syrah Rose, Sauteed Jumbo Shrimp with 2009 Mill Road Viognier and Wild Boar Bolognese paired with 2007 Sangiovese to name a few. From Rose to Cabernet, guests will experience the familiar and the unexpected from this prestigious winery, one of the top award-winning wineries in the country!
