Dual Author event: Kay Smith-Blum and Hadley Leggett
Join two debut novelists and hear tales of their road to publication. Both books are Washington State stories: Leggett's contemporary tale navigates the trials and tribulations of the foster care system and the joys and heartaches that accompany these heart-tugging personal stories. Smith-Blum serves up an historical story centered on the Hanford Nuclear reserve in the late 40s and early 60s, a deeply human and timely story.
