Divorce Support Groups (1 for women/1 for men)
I have two divorce support groups starting in July. One is for women only (https://onlinecounselingexperts.com/group )and the other for men only (https://onlinecounselingexperts.com/mens-divorce-support-group).
The groups are for those thinking about ending their relationship, going through a divorce, or newly divorced. It will help you process your heightened emotions, gain insight, learn helpful tools to help you get through this difficult time, and begin this next chapter of your life.
Each week we will address common issues that people face during this process such as grief, loss, confusion, fear, loneliness, isolation, parenting, managing change, and moving forward to a positive future.
This is a welcoming, confidential group where you can come together to share experiences, motivation, encouragement, and support.
