Maumee Bay State Park Disc Golf Course Grand Opening July 15th
The Friends of Maumee Bay State Park organization in partnership Ohio State Parks prepare for a grand opening and ribbon cutting Tuesday July 15th—
The 18 hole 64 par course had a soft opening at Maumee Bay State Park in the Fall of 2024. Disc golfers from across Ohio have played the course. UDisc players rate the course 4.5 stars. Course reviewer, BeardedTex on UDisc “Amazing course, easily one of the best in the state-top notch level”. Online course reviewer DustyDog claims “Best course in Northwest Ohio by far, it is long and challenging.”
The Maumee Bay State Park Disc Golf Course Grand Opening will take place Tuesday July 15th 6pm at the first hole. In lieu of a ribbon cutting, attendees will throw a disc to celebrate the new addition at Maumee Bay State Park.
