The Denton Black Chamber of Commerce is hosting the annual Denton Blues Festival at Quakertown Park on September 16th, 17th and 18th.
This festival has a long and storied history in Denton. Since 1998, this incredible family-friendly festival has been rocking Denton with the most incredible blues acts around.
From local performers to icons in the genre, you're going to see some of the best blues acts that the entire US has to offer.
We will be kicking off the festivities with the stylings of our local celebrities at the Community Karaoke Battle, followed by a weekend filled with some of the most talented blues musicians from across the nation!
The amazing lineup this year includes Dwayne Dopsie and The Zydeco Hellraisers on Saturday and Vanessa Collier on Sunday.
The Denton Blues Festival has everything for kids and blues fans of all ages, including great food, local vendors, arts and crafts, and, of course, incredible live music.
And remember, the festival isn't just for Dentonites (though we love you!) - everyone from DFW and beyond is invited.
