Our next meeting is Thursday, March 21, at 6 p.m., at Senior Commons, 1775 Powder Mill Road, in York. Whether it’s loss due to the death of a family member or loss of the person you used to know due to Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, grief can feel overpowering.
