Delivering Your T-O-A-S-T
The Toast of Roswell, one of the 14 Employee Network Resource Groups at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and a local club of Toastmasters International, is celebrating 10 years. The mark the occasion and also recognize its second consecutive year as a President’s Distinguished Club, the group will bring speaker Ilene Benz to campus to educate the larger community about the fundamentals of public speaking on Wednesday, December 18 at the Community Outreach and Engagement Center Multipurpose Room. The event will begin with lunch at 11:30 AM, remarks from the Toast of Roswell at 11:45 AM, and the featured presentation from 12 to 1 PM. Ilene Benz’s presentation, “Delivering Your T-O-A-S-T,” is interactive and will equally enlighten those who are experienced speakers as well as those who fear public speaking and/or find it challenging.
