Delaware Valley Bead Society Holiday Jewelry Sale
The Delaware Valley Bead Society (DVBS) will present its Holiday Jewelry Sale on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 10am until 4pm at the Clinton Community Center, 63 Halstead St., in Clinton. If you are searching for unique, hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces to give as gifts – or keep for yourself! -- drop by and make your selection from the beautiful collections of necklaces, earrings, bracelets and other adornments created and sold by eight Delaware Valley Bead Society members. Refreshments will be available for purchase; admission and parking are free.The Holiday Jewelry Sale includes artisan jewelry made with precious and semi-precious gemstones, art glass beads, crystals, pearls, niobium, vintage glass beads and much more. Techniques represented are bead crochet, bead embroidery, bead stringing, bead loom weaving, beadweaving, chainmaille, Kumihimo braiding with beads, wirework, Niobium metalwork and metalwork. As one of the bead society's missions is to teach others the joys of jewelry making, DVBS members will be demonstrating their creative skills throughout the day. Participating New Jersey artists will be Emily Barbour, Lebanon; Victoria Watson, Bridgewater; Kathleen vonWebern and Marti Brown, Frenchtown; Linda McKay, Califon; Jessica Giovacchini, Hamilton; L.
