Delano turns 150 this year and we'd love for you to join us for the Book Launch Party of "Delano on the Crow: 150 Years of Unrivaled Spirit!" a commemorative book celebrating 150 years of the community, history, and people that make Delano home.
BE THE FIRST TO OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY
This isn't just a celebration; it’s the exclusive first opportunity to get your hands on this limited-edition book! This event marks the official release, meaning you can be among the very first people to purchase and take home a copy of this 150-year legacy. Don’t miss your chance to secure your copy before they hit general shelves!
ABOUT THE BOOK
Local author Marcia Brakke spent over a year in Delano interviewing residents, researching local history, and telling the stories that define this town. The result is a richly illustrated commemorative book - packed with local photographs, personal histories, and perspectives spanning 150 years. It also features three essays written by Delano high school students about the community they've grown up in. Whether you're a lifelong resident or newer to the area, this book is a piece of Delano history worth having.
