This Event has Passed
Students took an image or subject and meticulously broke it into basic units of colors and values, the dots we call pixels. These days, we inadvertently see so much of our world pixelized through the lens of a phone or screen. Explore these pixels being magnified and examined as they convene again to form our real-world reality. Artists Chuck Close, Invader, Nick Smith, and Jessica Hess inspired this exhibit. Each of these artists have a unique story we are excited to share with our community. We hope you enjoy exploring the art through your own lens in each piece.
