Majestically surrounded by the Rocky Mountains, and a close connection to Mother Nature, this retreat will support a deep unwinding of unhealthy beliefs and patterns. Boulder is nestled up against the Flat Irons and the most stunning views of nature. Within the breath taking scenery and the invitation of the mountains to keep climbing up, we will work with addressing the deep layers of unconscious programming. Through guided meditation, breath work, light yoga, hiking and holding sacred space you will be given the opportunity to go deeper with your healing and personal growth in a way that may not be available in your daily routine. Wendy will be facilitating guidance each day of the retreat for you to hear the Divine messages you need for your healing. Afternoon: hike with discussion and energy clearings, Rocky Mountain adventures. Sight-seeing in Boulder and evenings are on your own. Regarding hiking: modifications will be offered based on your needs and fitness level. This is not meant to wipe you out, so the trails will be adjusted to accommodate the healing intention of the group and the individual.Retreat Fees: $550 early-bird registration before July 1st. $750 after July 1st. Cut off date to be admitted is Aug 31st. A $100 non-refundable deposit will secure the early-bird rate and the remaining balance will be charged closer to the retreat time.
