The Ritual will be conducted by the Elks Americanism & Veterans Services Committee plus neighborhood Boy Scout Troop 492 chartered out of Bellerive Elementary PTO. Flags no longer suitable for use can be placed 24-7-365 in the onsite Flag Disposal Repository.
