Creating a Daily Meditation Practice with Gen Kelsang Wangpo


Happiness is a state of mind. If our mind is clear and peaceful, we are happy. The function of meditation is to make the mind peaceful and calm. We can then use this clear, spacious mind to improve the quality of our experiences in daily life. In this workshop, we will learn and practice simple meditations to cultivate positive states of mind that we can take with us anywhere. If you have any questions please email: [email protected] We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it. Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.
