Experience the magic of Japanese ink marbling all while enjoying your favorite Craft Brews from Revolution Brewing!
Suminagashi is a traditional art form from the 12th century that reveals the mesmerizing, ever-changing nature of water. We will be creating a floating piece of art on the surface of the water and capturing the swirling, ever morphing moments as prints. Take advantage of the incredible craft brews offered by Revolution Brewery and Taproom while you work with ink and water to create gorgeously and uniquely marbled coasters using the Suminagashi technique!
Best of all, the event price includes a drink ticket, so you can enjoy a delicious brew from Illinois' largest Craft Brewery and then take your homemade coasters home to use with your favorite brews at home!
Materials Included: Marbling ink (multiple colors), print paper, coasters, soft-hair brushes, shallow trays, all the supplies needed
