Join Cover 3 Round Rock for a chef-curated wine dinner at 6:30 PM on Thursday, June 27.
Attendees will indulge in a five-course menu paired with four spectacular wines. Created by newly-appointed Executive Chef Steve Warner, the meal will begin with a chilled Salmon Dip and a glass of crisp Daou Rosé. Moving on to the second course, guests will enjoy a Shrimp Bisque paired with Charles Krug Chardonnay. Next is a Tomato Salad served alongside Davis Bynum Pinot Noir, followed by the Braised Beef Short Rib and a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. The meal will end with a Whiskey Custard which will be paired with Spiked Coffee.
