Cordancia and BIODANCE at Seneca Park Zoo
The Zoo opens its gates for a special evening event featuring music and dance by Cordancia and BIODANCE in three musical pieces about animals:
6:30 p.m. - Eagle’s Landing Pavilion - Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saens with narrator Jay Stetzer the Storyteller
7:15 p.m. - Baboon Camp - Five Frogs for Woodwind Quintet by Jenni Brandon
8 p.m. - Genesee Trail - a one-of-a kind immersive experience as musicians and dancers perform contemporary composer John Luther Adams' 10,000 Birds
Tickets: $35 adults $10 youth aged 3-18 available for prepurchase and at the gate. Tickets include admission to all of Seneca Park Zoo from 6-9 pm as well as music from Cordancia Chamber Orchestra, dance by BIODANCE, refreshments for purchase including beer and wine, and a one-of-a-kind evening of performance for the whole family.
