Cooking for Wellness – Part 1 – Start your day the healthy way:
Put down the poptarts and join this class to discover a delicious world of quick, nutritious breakfasts! These uncomplicated recipes will boost energy and keep you feeling full until lunch! Class is for adults ages 16+ – students will work in pairs, so sign up with a friend!
