Cooking Demo with Chef Ava Marie Romero
Chef Ava Marie Romero has over 18 years of culinary experience as a self-taught cook born on the autism spectrum. She has taught cooking classes at Williams Sonoma and Grocery Outlet, as well as for children with disabilities. In 2018, Ava competed for the World Food Championship as a dessert finalist. She has appeared on KQED; Check Please!; and KRON 4. She was named one of South San Francisco's Women of the Year. Learn more on her blog, Recipes From an Autistic Chef.
