Class Description: Together we will cover the fundamentals of washing and peeling, cutting and marinating, mixing, baking, kneading dough and cooking. You and your child will move through various stations in the kitchen preparing veggies, fruit, pickles, dips, flatbread, pasta salad and crackers, ultimately creating beautiful grazing platters with your creations!
Class Guidelines: In our classes you'll work with other students in small groups. The class size is 16 students.
We will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class, seating is available. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have hair tied back. Aprons are recommended.
We recommend bringing containers to take your creations home.
Please inform us at the time of booking a class if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies (i.e. vegetarian, no dairy, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
This class is designed for children 5 years and older. Parent or guardian is responsible for child at all times.
