Conversations in the Living Room - An Evening of Poetry and PLAY
Living Room is a humorous and timely installation that gives voice to some of the challenges and frustrations experienced by people living with chronic illness and disability. Poet Susan Wojnar published her book, White Darkness Poetic Tales of the Schizophrenic Experience to describe her life with schizophrenia. Susan will read selections from the book and share first-hand experience with her illness. Anyone who has struggled with psychosis or loves someone who does will value the insights, information, and ray of hope in this presentation.
