Join us at Project Basho as we invite Jonathan Elderfield, a veteran photographer and the instructor for our upcoming Street Photography class, to present and discuss his past and present work. The genre of street photography is experiencing a major renaissance these days as more and more young photographers take to the streets with their cameras. Open to the general public, this free lecture is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning more about street photography from the perspective of a working artist.
About the Photographer: Jonathan Elderfield has been working as a photographer for over 22 years. His book "Living Under South Street" documents the neighborhood of South Philadelphia and was published in 2003 by Kehrer Verlag.
