Newly appointed Racine Circuit Judge Toni L. Young will address the audience along with elected officials and community leaders. There will be a special tribute to Ken Lumpkin, Jr. and Lisa Parham, musical performances, community awards and more. All are welcome to attend this free event which will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at First Presbyterian Church, 716 College Ave. in Racine.
