Connections to Christmas
Gaudete presents: Connections to Christmas, as part of our 2024-2025 season, Connections, December 15, 2024, at 4:30 pm

During this festive season, people gather around the manger, the altar, the hearth, the tree to re-enact a story that has been told for centuries. We share and give and connect around a birth proclaiming hope on the other side of winter's darkness. The story also tells us that, if we come together in community, we can find that hope.
Gaudete's 2024 Christmas offering explores this story through music by Amy Beach, Victor Johnson, Owain Park, Kyle Pederson, and others, all to help connect us as we move through this season-together.
Kindle a Fire of Sacred Music with Gaudete! We explore sacred choral music from a wide range of traditions. Each offering centers around a theme, organized sort of like a church service-but without the church. Our goal is to provide a meaningful, restorative experience for everyone, including those who do not belong to any specific religious group or practice. All offerings are free to attend and live-streamed online.
Donations to support our choir are gratefully accepted. Gaudete is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.
