6:00-7:00pm: ALL LEVELS YOGA This gentle session is for all ages and body types, offering a unique inroad to the integration of body, mind, and spirit. A loving approach to nurturing the body is combined with jargon-free spiritual insight, seen through the angle of Quakerism.
7:00-8:00pm: MEDITATION AND DISCUSSION
How can we be true agents of peace when we ourselves are so beset with turbulence? We will explore on a deep level ways to cultivate a peaceful and compassionate heart and mind no matter the situation, and to expand the conditions for peacefulness not only in ourselves, but also throughout the world in which we live.
