The Leroy S. McCoy Sr. HOPE Foundation Annual Community Fall Festival is a family-oriented event where members of midland communities can come together with family and friends of all ages for a fun-filled evening of children's games and activities, DJ Roy Neptune, music, live entertainment, food and merchandise vendors, community outreach providers, health educators, community resources, and fellowship in a safe and healthy environment for relaxation and enjoyment. There is no admission cost, however, we ask each person to donate an unexpired non-perishable food item to assist our food pantry with ongoing efforts to increase access to healthy food for those in need. The festival serves as our annual fundraiser. Proceeds from this event will benefit our food pantry, clothing closet, scholarship fund, and provide holiday meals and winter clothing items for individuals who are homeless, disabled, elderly, or facing food insecurity. We are seeking participants and volunteers for the event. Sponsors, donors, entertainers, volunteers, and service providers are needed to make the event a success. Sponsors and donors can support us financially, provide raffle items, door prizes, or promotional items to distribute to children and families. All donations are tax-deductible. We are also seeking food and merchandise vendors to sell products, and public awareness providers to educate the community about available programs and services. All vendors and providers are responsible for bringing their tables, chairs, tents, and generators if needed. There is a fee of $175 for food truck vendors and $50 for table vendors. There is No Fee for community outreach providers, health educators, and those not selling merchandise. The application and registration deadline is Sunday, October 12, 2025. Your participation in this event will be greatly appreciated!
