Comic club
What’s that in the sky? It’s a bird… it’s a plane… it’s Comic Club! Join us on Thursday, November 16th at the Winton Branch Library for our first ever meeting of Comic Club! From 4:00 to 5:00 pm, kids 9 and up can gather to meet other comic lovers, discuss the club’s upcoming reads, and learn to make their own mini comic with the help of Alex Sanchez, author of DC comic’s You Brought Me the Ocean. This will be the first of many more meetings to come, held on the third Thursday of every month. Supplies and snacks will be provided. Registration is not required; all you need is a love of comics, and a desire to share that love with others!
