Andrea Jin is a stand-up comedian and writer born in Shanghai, currently based in Los Angeles. She made her late night TV debut on The Late Late Show with James Corden October of 2022. She was selected as New Face at Just for Laugh’s Montreal Festival in 2021 and again as part of Patton Oswalt's gala at Montreal the following year. Andrea is a staff writer on Andy Samberg's show at Comedy Central (Digman!). She has performed at Moontower Comedy Festival, JFL Northwest, JFL Toronto, SiriusXM’s Top Comic, Seattle International Comedy Competition, CBC’s The Debaters, and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. Her writing has been featured on Vice, Vulture, and CBC Comedy among other publications. Comedy @ Commonwealth, Northern Kentucky’s newest comedy club, is housed in Commonwealth Sanctuary, the historic, former Tower Methodist Church, built in 1914. The original stained glass windows and custom-built, curved pews are all still on site. Now, in its new life as a Community Events Venue, this beautiful old building hosts the best stand-up comedy, music, theater, and cinema that you can find in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area. The facility features a full sound system, programmable stage lighting, a 150-inch rear projection movie screen, and a concession stand where we serve a full menu, including beer, wine, and cocktails.
