Coconut Point Welcomes Community for Live Jazz with Estero High School Ensemble
Coconut Point is hosting an evening of live music with the Estero High School Wildcat Jazz Ensemble on Friday, April 24, at Cinema Circle from 7-8 PM. Under the direction of Music Director Scott Burrows, the ensemble will perform a mix of jazz selections, featuring brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments.
The Wildcat Jazz Ensemble shares its talents throughout the Estero community, allowing students to play for local audiences and build on their musical skills. Director Burrows is in his second year at Estero High School and was recently named a Barry Manilow Music Teacher Award recipient for his work with the Manilow Music Foundation. The high school continues to grow its music program with a priority on culture building and inclusive music education.
Some seating will be available; however, attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs. Food will be available for purchase at Mamma Anna Trattoria.
