Join us in the Hollywood Room lounge for Cocktails with Kyle, an immersive cocktail class & experience from the Napa Valley Distillery’s creative director and award winning mixologist Kyle Peete!
Take a step behind the curtain and discover the tips and tricks that lead to the Hollywood Room being voted “The Best Of Napa County’s” gold winning cocktail bar!
During these in-person classes, Kyle will guide you through a hands-on instruction of three different classic cocktails. During your instruction you’ll be guided through the history of the cocktails, while learning more about the tools of the trade with tips and tricks on how you can be an award winning mixologist.
All skill levels welcome! No need to bring anything from home! For the classes we will provide you everything you need to make your classic cocktails. We’ll even take care of the set-up and clean-up for you! Every student will leave the class with the instructions and recipes so that they can recreate these cocktails at home for their friends and family!
Classes will take place inside the Hollywood Room Lounge from 7pm till approximately 9pm. Clases will include light snacks and a welcome mocktail for all participants to enjoy. Classes are limited to 16 people, so sign up now!
Classes are $115 per person or $99 for Napa Valley Distillery Club members. Ticket price does not include gratuity. (Club Members please email [email protected] to sign up)
About Kyle Peete:
Napa Valley Distillery's head mixologist and Manager of the ArBaretum is a real mover and shaker. Since joining the team, he has led by example and been on the front lines of the ArBaretum serving guest, and creating some excellent elevated cocktails.
Kyle has behind a bar for over 15 years and has been able to lead bar programs throughout that time in a variety of places around the country. Most notably, he spent time as The Ice Chef and Mixologist for The Aviary and The Office in Chicago.
Relocating to Santa Barbara to open his own cocktail lounge and then relocating to Northern California during Covid to be closer to family. "I then had the opportunity to join an amazing team at Napa Valley Distillery shortly after The Arbaretum opened and now have the honor to be the Creative Director for the bar program at Napa Valley Distillery."
Come down to the ArBaretum and introduce yourself to the Sultan of Shake and try some of his seasonal cocktails.
