Born in Quebec, Canada, as the 14th child in a musical family, Céline Dion began singing publicly at age five. Discovered by manager René Angelil, her unique voice transitioned her from local fame to international stardom. Initially celebrated in French-speaking countries, her English hits, including "Beauty and the Beast," "The Power of Love," and "Because You Loved Me," cemented her status. The Titanic anthem "My Heart Will Go On" catapulted her to global fame. Dion's successful Las Vegas residency, the longest-running and most successful, was performed in a theater built especially for her. However, a few years ago, she revealed a rare and debilitating disease affecting one in a million people.
