Cinco de Mayo Celebration at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale
Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with poolside activities, live music, and dinner specials at Southwest Bistro & Cantina Due.
On Sunday, May 5, resort guests can enjoy a poolside pop-up featuring Hornitos/El Tosoro between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., and Mariachi Chappala between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
For dinner, the resort will feature Cinco de Mayo specials at its Southwest Bistro and Cantina Due. The menu will feature braised chicken taquitos, Mexican street corn, coctel de mariscos, and house-made sopapillas. The menu will also feature specialty cocktails including a jalapeno pineapple margarita, haba-guava, and a Cadillac margarita.
Guests can also enjoy live music from Mex-Sal between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
