This dish features two scrumptious crunchy tacos stuffed with chopped shrimp, diced tomato, onion, red bell pepper, poblano and garlic, all topped with crispy iceberg lettuce and fresh tomato. The tacos are accompanied by a cup of tortilla soup made with tomato, guajillo, ancho chiles and onion, topped with crema, queso fresco, tortilla strips and cilantro.
