Christmas Dinner at Antlers Lodge
Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa is hosting a three-course Christmas Day dinner at Antlers Lodge.
The holiday meal will be available between 4 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. The menu will feature three courses starting with a selection of a crab bisque or a baby winter greens salad with an aged balsamic vinaigrette. The second will include the options of a chili-coffee-rubbed NY strip with sauteed green beans and roasted garlic potato puree or a macadamia-crusted salmon with wild rice and grilled asparagus.
The meal will conclude with a dessert option of a pumpkin roulade featuring pumpkin spiced cake, pumpkin cremeux, and vanilla chantilly or the cranberry tart with almond crumble and bourbon creme anglaise. The full, a la carte menu will also be available during this time.
