Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa will host an extravagant holiday buffet at
Tanglewood Restaurant.
The holiday buffet will be available on Christmas Day between 1 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The menu
will feature gourmet salads, artesian cheeses and smoked and cured meats, and a selection of
house-made breads and whipped butters. Guests can also enjoy a selection of fresh seafood,
including smoke house selections such as trout and salmon as well as oysters on the half shell,
fresh poached cocktail shrimp, an assortment of sushi and poke bowls.
Entrée selections will feature a carving station featuring slow-roasted beef ribeye, a Christmas
country ham, a dried fruit stuffed turkey breast served with gravy, cranberry sauce, classic
sausage stuffing, and Yukon gold mashed potatoes. Additional entrée options include a
macadamia-crusted snapper, butternut squash ravioli, and a Berkshire-stuffed pork loin. A
dessert station will feature a wide assortment of sweet treats including yule logs, sticky toffee
pudding, mini cannoli, cheesecake bites, white chocolate raspberry cream puffs, and a bananas
foster station with ice cream stations.
The holiday buffet is $120 for adults and $50 for children between the ages of five and 12. A
gratuity of 20 percent and taxes will be added to each ticket. Reservations are required and can
