An exquisite dining experience, the “Phantom Feast” features a meticulously crafted eight-course menu and the option to enhance the evening with a curated wine pairing. Inspired by Chotto Matte’s signature fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, the Phantom Feast menu highlights include the Chotto Ceviche, Spicy Chicken Karaage, Sato Maki, and Wagyu Sirloin among others, with an equally indulgent and diverse vegetarian menu.
